Christian Brothers Automotive Greeley

A few months ago, I brought my truck to Christian Brothers for a major project worth over $10,000, and their crew performed a fantastic job. There were hiccups and mechanical gremlins as is common with older cars and numerous pieces being changed at once, but Michael and the shop manager stayed in close communication and worked thru numerous problems until it was operating perfectly. I recommend this store because they are trustworthy, honest, diligent, and provide excellent customer service.

*** Update. The Site Manager reached out to me about my issues. We had a good and semi difficult conversation, mainly because i did express my frustrations. He offered to take care of the issues. After our conversation I decided to take him up on his offer. We didn't discuss how much, but I did state that I didn't expect them to cover everything. However, they did. And , it wasn't cheap. Repairs did take a day longer than expected, but not anything they could control. They decided to replace some pulleys that weren't easy to get and that werent part of anything they needed to do. They went above and beyond fair. Now I am indebted to them, though not financially. I would definitely recommend them and there's a real chance I will return to them in the future. The site manager was honest, fair, and more cooperative than was expected and more so than he had to be. He made things right and went beyond. Prior to the situation and after, the staff was more than polite and respectful. Thank you Chritian Brothers for the service and for doing more than you had to. Took my vehicle in to have the thermostat replaced. Everything went smooth. Price seemed a little high, but given make and mod

I just brought my vehicle home from being serviced at this location. I have used a different garage for the past several years but was tired of their lack of communication, never fulfilling their promises and charging what I thought were very high prices. Nobody there ever came off as friendly or appreciative of my business, either. When my a/c stopped blowing cold air, I decided to try Christian Brothers. I am glad I did. All the negatives at the other place were positives here. All of them. The communication was excellent. I had my car returned when they said it would be and the price was very reasonable in my opinion. Mike was very friendly and seemed to genuinely appreciate my business. A discontinued part for my car was needed to complete the repair. Mike went out of his way to find the part for me and had it shipped from Virginia. I'm entirely grateful. I also want to give a shout out to Alex, my "personal" shuttle driver. He is also extremely friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Thanks, guys, you're both fantastic! I am very happy with the service I received here and won't go anywhere else for my car.

It was my first time visiting Christian Brothers and I was delighted start to finish. Dominique was so sweet. They have a cozy little lobby with snacks and drinks where I waited while they did my oil change. I was in and out in 30 min (with an appointment). I found this location due to a coupon on Facebook. I don’t know what I expected, but they honored it without any hassle or attempt to upsell me. I love that Christian Brothers is bold about expressing their roots in faith. I feel like they treated me with integrity and that’s not something you generally expect from an auto repair shop. I don’t live in Greeley, but it was all worth the drive!
